Charity House at Sugarloaf title=

Developer Tom Barghausen and MainVue president Vanessa Normandin, along with their valued vendors, have partnered with KING-TV to donate 100% of all sales proceeds from the Charity House to Children’s Hospital Research Institute. The home is over 4,000 square feet and sits on lot 22 at the Estates at Sugarloaf, a 2.5-acre space, and has been independently appraised for more then $900,000. The grand Kick-off Event, produced by Tessa Rowe, hosted over 250 people and featured TV personalities Rich Marriott, Amanda Grace and Paul Silvi, a quality band, and plenty of good cheer and fun on a glorious day.
